SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver your orders as soon as possible.

 Delivery options are:

  • UPS Standard delivery, for which delivery time can take up to 3-5 business days since the item has been confirmed in stock;
  • FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over 80 € ( Express shipping is excluded from this promotion)
  • UPS Express delivery , when the orders are shipped usually on next business day;

The shipping fee is variable, depending on your Country and currency exchange rate to Euro. It can vary between 10 € for UPS Standard and 15 € maximum for UPS Express Delivery.

Shipping delays may occur due to various causes: legal holidays, weather conditions or technical problems, independent of IL PASSO.

Note: *Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM, will be processed on the next Monday morning, in the following week. Online orders are shipped and delivered only on working days. We don’t offer weekend deliveries or holiday deliveries.

          ** If the courier does not find you at the destination address and fails to deliver your parcel, the order will be returned to the online store warehouse. If you would still want the order afterward, you may replace the order.
